Job Description Location- Washington, DC Document and Media Exploitation Management (including triage and forensics). The interpretation, gisting, and translation of captured material provides government analysts and staff material with which to address critical and priority intelligence requirements with an enhanced analytical ability and understanding of cultural and situational significance related to targeted activities, conditions or areas. Material may address tribal, religious, political, media and/or opposition segments within specified international environments. Contractor shall develop and execute an integrated DOMEX Management Plan (DMP) used to deploy the network of command nodes, functional teams, and language qualified employees. The DMP shall be used, to manage deployment and track movement/support in fulfilling the tactical and operational priority information requirements as required by situational tasking. Contractor shall develop a means of documenting the status of emergent and standing taskings. All data/information shall be input into searchable databases provided by the government. Primary method will be using Harmony or a compatible system which shall be developed by the Contractor in accordance with Command directives. Contractor shall develop a formal training program of instruction (POI) for managing the hiring and employment of personnel. This curriculum shall assure the transparency and audit ability of all activities and an effective means of providing measures of performance (MOP) and effectiveness (MOE) of personnel reporting across the group.
