Duties and Responsibilities
- Own overall project management for several simultaneously run projects including managing/assisting in the definition, design and implementation of a variety of projects with key stakeholders to include total accountability for and management of assigned projects
- Prepare and manage appropriate project plans including managing all resources in relation to delivery of outputs to meet milestones and overall project delivery date
- Give guidance to the team and the business on solutions available to support best business practice, maximise efficiencies and minimise operational and technical risk
- Provision of the requisite project structure, team composition and management controls required to effectively report on, manage and subsequently deliver quality deployments on time and to cost
- Manage and produce status reporting, change control, issues and risk log processes
- Effectively manage escalation processes where appropriate
