Project Manager Asset Management recruitment
This Project Manager will be focused on business transformation, organizational change execution and facilitation of benefits realization. They have the opportunity to work on high-level business problems across diverse business units - either leading smaller projects on their own or individual workstreams within larger programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating the outcome of business diagnosis and planning sessions into business change programs and leading their execution
- Leading and/or directing a component of the required analysis, gathering and analyzing data, and developing related conclusions and recommendations
- Managing all aspects of a project from inception through deployment, acceptance, closeout, and benefits realization, according to the project's strategy
- Support project governance and change control bodies
- Driving stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and business benefits measurement
- Ensuring adherence to Project Management Office (PMO) delivery risk mitigation standards
Core Competencies
- Strong negotiating skills to facilitate the building of a solutions among project stakeholders, and an ability to ensure that stakeholders understand the implications of their decisions, providing options and alternatives when necessary
- Capable of structuring an approach and work plan to address identified business issues, and appropriately leveraging work team resources to achieve project objectives
- Organized, and able to lead a cross-functional, multi-resource team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse meetings with senior management, program stakeholders and various subject matter experts. Can effectively, concisely, clearly and professionally deliver messages in formal or informal settings, including delivery of well organized presentations, and understanding how to handle difficult or sensitive information
Education and Professional Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the successful delivery off business change programs and the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, and organizational readiness
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- PMP or similar project management certification (Prince 2)
