Project Manager (Associate or Vice President) recruitment

The Project Manager role at AGC Partners is designed for entrepreneurial bankers with the desire and self-confidence to build their own books of business.  Candidates need to be passionate about technology and the ongoing changes in the industry. With the steep learning curve and extensive transaction experience (including MA, IPOS, follow-on financings, buyouts, PIPES and private placements) gained through the project manager role at AGC Partners, you can be in a position to become a partner and have your own calling effort after just 4-5 years of leading the execution effort on our transactions and developing your skills – in stark contrast to the typical 10-year “wait-and-see” track at large banks.

Applicants should have at least 2-5 years of investment banking or related experience.  Fluency in English is required with at least one other language (French, German).  Experience working with emerging growth companies and strong academic credentials including MBA or LLM from a top school are preferred.  FSA Qualification Unit 1 needed prior to start.  Applicants should also possess:

(i)             Strong work ethic and passion for investment banking,

(ii)            Proven project management leadership skills,

(iii)           Technical proficiency in all financial analysis required to support a variety of transactions,

(iv)           Effective writing and oral communication skills to include the creation and delivery of presentations to senior management of client and prospective client companies,

(v)            Team-building and mentoring skills, and

(vi)           Outstanding character and good sense of humor;
