A leading global Investment bank, which is expanding in the APAC region, requires an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high profile Client Migration Programme. This is a complex programme, running over the next 3 years, with regional responsibility managed out of the Hong Kong office.
The successful candidate will be able to operate with a high level of autonomy to be responsible for the successful delivery of communication to regional clients impacted by global initiatives.
- Establish a mechanism to manage client communication for Asia clients trading with locations outside the region
- Liaise with colleagues regionally and globally to ensure a full understanding of the communication implications of global initiatives on the region
- Communicate to Front Office staff on the impact of global initiatives on their regional clients
- Co-ordination of communication distribution
- Status tracking and MI generation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Investment Banking experience
- Project Management / BA / Change experience within Investment Banking environment
- Experience in a client facing or front office facing role
- Ability to co-ordinate confidently with a variety of teams regionally
- Understanding of a project lifecycle and requirements essential
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communicator with a professional manner
- Strong team player and relationship builder
- Ability to problem solve and develop innovative solutions
This is a long term contracting opportunity that will give exposure across all GBM products and countries in the APAC region.
