Project Manager / Business Analyst
The fund is going through an exciting period of technological enhancement to further improve the speed and quality of trading information and execution, in order to enhance its competitive advantage. All the funds trading-related software applications are built in-house, and developed using a combination of internal and external developer resources. Such software applications cover the full spectrum of the trading environment. Their growth plans for the business are substantial, and ongoing software development is integral to delivering that vision.
The business analyst / project manager will play a key role in making this happen. Working closely with both the development team and traders you will responsible for the delivery of multiple complex projects. Offering a meritocratic environment, you will have the chance to progress within the business and lead challenging projects within a fast moving, high pressure environment.
To succeed in the role it is likely the business analyst / project manager will have the following skills and experience;
- Highly ambitious
- An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently deal with traders and tech teams alike.
- Significant experience delivering software projects within an Agile environment
- Experience within an investment manager would be beneficial
