The successful candidate will work within the CCP Analysis Liaison workstream of the GFS EMIR Clearing Programme reporting to the workstream lead.

The overall purpose of the workstream is to:
(1) Coordinate review and analysis of CCPs' 'post EMIR' operating models and implementation plans, ensuring this information is disseminated to and understood by relevant workstreams/stakeholders, and that action plans are in place where needed
(2) Ensure EMIR requirements for CCPs are clearly communicated to the CCPs and any associated issues are managed through to resolution.

A change professional is sought with an understanding of CCP clearing models. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and clear communication style.

The candidate will be required to cover the following, in an operationally-focused capacity:
1. Liaise with CCPs and third party brokers to determine EMIR-related plans and designs and address questions
2. Agree, document and communicate CCP requirements, on an ad hoc basis
3. Coordinate meetings with CCPs and third party brokers and ensure appropriate representation on CCP meetings
4. Analyse specific CCP changes where needed, to ensure the impact is understood and action plans are established/resource assigned
5. Summarise and disseminate information within relating to CCP designs and transition plans
6. Coordinate with other CCP-facing programmes within to eliminate duplication of effort and faciliate information-sharing more broadly.
Requirements Must haves:
• Project or line experience in an ETD or OTC cleared operational environment
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate requirements clearly
• Analytical capability, ability to summarise and structure large amounts of external information
• Ability to work within a team, collaborative approach
• Good written English – ability to document agreed requirements/solutions is essential.

An advantage, but not essential:
• General knowledge of the regulatory landscape and regulatory requirements.
