Investment Management Mandate Operations Services (MOS) is the operational support unit for the Investment Management business of Wealth Management Swiss Bank, providing support and services for the Portfolio Management and Investment Process teams.

The MOS Business and Process Analysis Team is responsible for the end-to-end analysis and implementation of business and IT change-the-bank projects. You will be working on a strategic project to build a new portfolio construction model / tool (LPQC Portfolio Optimization), including defining the new end-to-end portfolio construction process. The goal is to improve the quality of our end-to-end investment / implementation process while making our portfolio construction process for the discretionary mandates more effective and efficient.
To support the Project Business Lead you will be responsible for the project management and the business analysis of the newly developed portfolio construction tool.

In this challenging position you are mainly responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure project delivery within required budget, quality and timeline
Develop business concepts and business requirements with business lead, quantitative analysts and key stakeholders
Implement new functions of the strategic portfolio construction tool in close collaboration with IT representatives

In this function you will leverage experience as a Business Analyst, combining functional expertise in financial products and services with IT application development knowledge and soft skills.
You should have the following qualifications:

Degree from a University or FH, preferably with further education CFA / AZEK
Deep knowledge of Investment Management / Discretionary Mandate business
Proven track record in project management, business analysis and solution design / development in the banking or financial services industry
Experience in quantitative analysis an asset
Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality, time and delivery
Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Self driven with a commitment to go the extra mile in an environment of ambiguity
Fluency in English and German
