Job Description Randstad Technologies, a global leader in providing top notch IT talent, is searching for multiple project managers and business analysts for a national deployment at several Fortune 1000 financial clients. Highly compensated, full-time, permanent and project based contracts are available in DC Metro region. Below is a brief breakdown of some of the core openings available. Project Manager: Responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this Infrastructure area. Sometimes referred to as the internal consultant, individuals typically work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. These projects necessitate full time commitment and are not undertaken by incumbents whose primary role is elsewhere. Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills are also required. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization's operation. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. Manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department. College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 8-10 years related experience and 2+ years management experience. Preferred PMP certification, BPR training/experience, and experience in supporting an enterprise-level PMO (addressing issues including governance, process definition, senior management reporting, Board-level reporting). Planview experience a big plus Business Analyst: 5+ years of experience in working with business clients and IT in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirement Documents. Experience in analyzing business functions and accurately documenting critical requirements that represent the business needs including the future state business activities. Ability to focus on the what of the business function and not the how of the solution. Strong facilitation skills and ability to elicit requirements across business organizational boundaries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, SMEs, and business management. Process-driven analysis skills in various requirements elicitation methods Familiarity with Planview and/or MS Project, Visio and/or IndustryPrint/ARIS. Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate asset management. Understanding of asset management and servicing a plus.
