Project Manager / Business Analyst – OTC Derivatives Change recruitment

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Change team and their peers in Run the Bank (RTB) on the strategic initiatives for OTC Derivatives to migrate processes from Legacy systems onto the Future State Architecture (FuSA), as well as on functional improvements.

He / she will be responsible for taking ownership of the overall program for OTC Confirmations as well as individual projects within it, and delivering on them.
The candidate will liaise with global RTB OTC Derivatives teams, Front Office (F/O) IT and Operations (Ops) IT on this global initiatives for the following:

Program Management
• Participate in budgeting process
• Prioritization of Change initiatives
• Budget tracking of the overall OTC Confirmations program
• Status updates

Project Management
• Communicate effectively with, motivate and manage stakeholders
• Consistently produce high-quality deliverables
• Deliver on the projects’ benefits, removing any obstacles required to do so

Analysis and Solution Definition
• Understand current processes and system flows.
• Review and align current Legacy processes with global processes where possible.
• Identify and document additional feature set (high level requirements) for FuSA.
• Create, review and edit detailed business requirements related to the proposed solution.

Testing
• Participate in testing activities from test case development to test execution.

Training
• Develop trainings material for RTB users.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Assist with the accreditation of users following the training sessions.

Candidate will be responsible for:
• Project planning and management.
• Stakeholder management.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with project stakeholders / RTB teams.
• Identifying requirements and resolving key issues.
• Training line resources on new processes and system functionalities.

Requirements;
• Ideally Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant business experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within agile project lifecycle approach (Scrum)
• Analytical with strong problem solving ability
• Self motivated and pro-active team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of OTC Derivatives and in particular Confirmations preferred
• Experience and competency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications beneficial
