Project /Change Manager (Permanent position) Heathrow

 

Our client, Omniserv are a provider of services to the aviation sector and their clients include both airlines and airports.  They are looking for a Project/Change Manager to work as part of the senior management team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Passenger Services, you will be working closely with BAA and the Omniserv Operations teams to define the process.  In the initial phase, you will be working on projects for services at the Olympic and Paralympics games, as well as other projects as directed by the SMT.

 

·         Review the project timetables, enhance/update as necessary and develop the critical path with relevant updates, and identify any process weakness or threats.

·         Review the resources plan and develop as necessary advising on any additional resources required with costs.

·         Review risk and operational issues log and enhance/update as required, driving and implementation of corrective actions are delivered and ensuring their effectiveness including managing escalation diagrams.

·         Monitor progress of the project against the plan, producing reports.


THE PERSON

You will have had relevant change/multi project management experience ideally within the Contract Services Sector or in a related sector and be able to show demonstrable success in delivering exemplary change management plans and projects on time and on budget.

You will also have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

 

·         Experience of multiple project management, preferably PRINCE 2.

·         Experience of managing negotiated procurement processes.

·         Commercial awareness financial and verbal literacy and a high degrees of numeracy

·         Experience of delivering service projects.

·         Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.

·         Demonstrable drive and a clear ability to influence.
