An opportunity has now arisen for a fun and ambitious Project Manager / Client Account Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager / Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a great portfolio of clients, developing existing customer relationships and managing project expectations.
Working in tandem with the design team, you will successfully deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget. You will also be expected to help in the development and direction of any new additions to your team.
Not only will you have the chance to work on a wide range of projects with a variety of great clients, you'll be joining a hardworking but friendly and supportive team.
Your key duties will include:
- supporting the client services team in meeting targets creatively and financially
- maintaining and introducing efficient work practices
- adhering to design studio and company logistics including backing up systems
- introducing new ways to manage clients more efficiently
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- significant account management experience
- a proven track record gained within a design or branding agency environment
- experience of working with big brand clients
- a proven track record of managing print, branding and/or design projects
- experience of handling a large number of projects at once
As a Project Manager / Client Account Manager, you must be confident with the ability work effectively with senior level clients. A team player, you will need excellent client-facing skills, be hard working and diligent.
