Project Manager / Client Reference Data Program recruitment

- Will be responsible for guiding and leading teams in the review and analysis of requirements and requests that come from areas of the business, operations and additional users of IT services.

- Focus on client relationship management and providing internal clients with accurate reporting of service level agreements, key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating level agreements with other areas in IT

- Participate in all aspects of the project management, analysis, and delivery; lead when required, but dive into the details when necessary

- Think critically and problem solve to drive solutions

- Plan and manage delivery

- Facilitate prioritization of work items

- Manage concurrent deliverable streams

- Gather and document data and related business requirements, including solutions to improve efficiencies and improve data quality standards

- Assist with project controls and communications.  E.g.: Regular updates and escalation of key issues and risks to the program  manager

- Drive priorities

- Responsible for gaining agreement on solution business requirements with architects

- Provide subject matter expertise of data, process, controls, and technology into requirements and solution design

- Partner with IT to define and monitor IT system solutions to support change

- Define and document procedures training, in conjunction with the line managers to support and control the new business processes and applications

- Engage / lead working group and team meetings

- Manage small to medium project phases independently including requirements analysis, user testing, managing of process change

- Record and track risks and issues and manage them through to completion

- Track performance against project metrics

- Monitor project progress and communicate to senior management

- Guide teams in documenting business requirements effectively and efficiently

- Assist and facilitate in the firm’s change program for the management of Client Reference Data

- Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple business groups and domains
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations
- Ability to balance interests of different stakeholders-
- Financial Services experience is a must, Investment Banking experience is nice to have
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience
