Project Manager – Commercial Security

My client is a leader in Commercial Security Solutions and has dominated their field through product and service innovation coupled with outstanding marketing initiatives. Established for many years, this leading player has maintained a continuous period of growth which has kept the envious opposition out of the limelight. Several exciting new projects are ‘in the pipeline’ and the need has been identified for a Project Manager to drive the delivery of prestigious solutions within the NSW marketplace.

As the PM dedicated to a number of high profile opportunities, you will focus on the delivery of projects and working with your team to ensure each resource is moving towards their objectives. Your role will create detailed project plans and drive deliverables across multidisciplined technical teams. You will communicate with all levels of decision makers within the customer and up and down the line internally. You will work to identify gaps in processes, driving necessary changes to assist in the in scope delivery of projects.

Due to the specific nature of the role, only individuals with relevant industry experience considered. It is preferred you possess Project Management and technical background within the Security industry and understand Project Management fundamentals. You work comfortably with teams to achieve common goals and are able to motivate a diverse range of stakeholders through your inclusive engagement practices. You have a strong understanding of the commercial solutions delivery process.
