Project Manager (Compliance Focused) recruitment
Key Requirements:
-Work together with operations and technology teams to implement large technology projects across their global markets business and ensure compliance with each country’s regulatory requirement
-Responsible for identifying the compliance drivers in each country
-Work with each country’s Head of Compliance and Programme Director to establish and ensure the compliance milestones in the project schedule
-Responsible for building the compliance enablement function for project implementation across APEA
Key Skills:
-Prior project management experience working on business and IT implementation projects
-Strong working knowledge of global markets products – FX, Fixed Income, Interest Rates, Commodities, Equities and Debt Capital Markets
-Strong business analysis and documentation skills
-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written with the ability to listen and influence
-Prior experience working in compliance within a regulatory body will be highly regarded
