CSR Work Description :

All SI support shall be at the journeyman or expert skill level and demonstrate first-rate written and oral communication skills. Be able to capture meeting minutes and write meeting minutes effectively for the population The SI shall possess strong programmatic skills and a working understanding of PMF or other project management methodologies. The SI should have demonstrated capability in problem resolution to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems. This includes the ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and produce schedules. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and Lotus Notes applications that run on the CWE platform should be sufficient to enable the individual to work independently. Other knowledge required: awareness of DCID 6/3 requirements for Information Systems; familiarity with information security principles, issues, and technology; and familiarity with the IT organization, control boards, and infrastructure. Other Persons considered to fill these positions should be energetic, self-starting, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Successful incumbents will be able to work on multiple requirements and work to flexible priorities. These are professional positions, involving collaboration with other professions throughout the enterprise. Incumbents must be able to work with Sponsor employees at all levels and act as a moderator, as necessary Education desired: B.S. in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of five years experience relative to these tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Five or more years of consulting experience with technical software product analysis and implementation
Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology
Experience working with one family of technologies on one technical platform
Experience working with software packages or classes of packages, and products within your area of technical expertise

One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas
Good technical infrastructure design skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Ability to devise creative technical solutions
Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems

Willingness to travel when needed
