Project Manager- COREP/Regulatory Change recruitment

My client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Project Manager for Regulatory Reporting change projects focusing on COREP and FINREP.

As the Regulatory Change Project Manager, your duties will include:

*Co-ordination across project work streams: UK Regulatory Policy, Reporting Projects teams, GFT and IB Tech Ops, to define detailed planning, identify interdependencies and manage project to plan.
*Co-ordination with other projects/ initiatives which may impact (or be impacted by) the project
*Representing the project and managing communications to all key stakeholders
*Facilitating and/or chairing project meetings (PWG, PCC) and providing status updates into the UK RRP program.
*Agreeing and driving progress against overall project plan to ensure delivery targets met
*Ensure scope/ schedule are agreed and achievable, and project/workstream resourcing is adequate to deliver
*Overall ownership of the project plan
*Own overall project standards controls
*Ensure project lifecycle is followed according to standards and best practice
*Track/ resolve/ escalate project level risks, issues, actions etc
*Agree, track and report project budget and resourcing, escalating issues as required

The successful candidate will be a delivery focused Project Manager within a top tier investment bank with knowledge of the regulatory environment and experience of working on Regulatory Reporting projects (ideally including COREP and the Basel 2 regulatory framework). You will have proven experience planning, organising, and managing multiple priorities, critical paths and have demonstrable stakeholder management experience at a senior level.
