Project Manager - Corporate Actions
A senior PM is required to join the HSBC Securities Services area responsible for providing fund services including fund administration, global custody, corporate trust and loan agency and sub-custody settlement and services to the international asset management industry. The project manager will be expected to implement the Corporate Actions processing stream within the programme, ensuring objectives are met and benefits are delivered to time and budget.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in managing complex projects and programmes in a global environment
- A strong understanding of Corporate Actions market and processing practices
- Very strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in systems migration and the implementation of a major Corporate Actions solution
- Strong commercial awareness of the Securities Industry, especially global custody, prime brokerage and fund of hedge fund
- Knowledge of web portal design and development principles
