Project Manager – Credit Risk recruitment

The focus of the role will be project managing the Basel 3 Data Quality stream from planning, execution and transition into full production in January 2013.  This includes managing across multiple Basel 3 teams coordinating other project managers, as well as working with production and project teams to define (with a team of business analysts) the analysis, processes and people that need to be put in place to successfully analyse and remediate data quality.

A key aspect of the role will be working with the senior business stakeholders in governing the project, defining direction; and defining, initiating and controlling the project.

Strong communication to different senior stakeholders, both written and verbal, will be a key competency of the successful candidate. This needs to be coupled with strong attention to detail, a rigorous and methodical approach to managing the project, maintaining clear and concise governance, and ensuring delivery is planned out, resourced, tracked and delivered.

Strong understanding of data flows, systems processing and business processes and controls will be a significant advantage.

The candidate will be expected to manage project resources and work closely with Risk IT and Risk production teams to ensure the delivery and execution of the Basel 3 Data Quality stream.
