Project Manager / Development Manager
Global Investment Bank seeks a Project Manager to lead a team of developers based in London. The role will involve setting expectaions with the Fixed Income Rates business to ensure future target state and delivery objectives are met.
Deliverables and responsibilities:
Delivery of various Rates Trade Processing projects - driven by both regulatory authorities and business requirments.
Line managment of 5-10 Development staff both from a delivery and career perspective.
Project Managent including Roadmap defination and presentation. Ensure milestones are met and managed. Presentation of system capabilities and benefits.
Background required:
- Fixed Income trading business (Derivatives, Bonds, Futures, FX)
- Experience of front office trading system development and support in various asset classe
- Proven project management of major systems implementations and upgrades.
- Rates or Credit pricing experience.
- Proven analysis and decision-making skills - ability to capture and understand business requirements.
- Planning organisation skills - manage projects to a budget and timescale.
