Project Manager, Dodd Frank recruitment
Primary duties are:
• Documentation of current and future state including process mapping and data analysis
• Attend working group meetings supporting the PM on an ad-hoc basis
• Identify and design business solutions
• Present the identified solution options, along with pros and cons and the associated business cases
• Data manipulation using desktop tools and interpretation of results to assist with analysis, investigation or validation
• Contribute to the creation of the project plan - work with the project team to understand, agree estimates for tasks to build the solution and include the required activities in the project plan
• Train users and document new procedures
• Gather, analyze and document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce functional specifications
• Assist technology with selection of appropriate technical solutions
• Document according to standards and utilizing the tools processes provided for business analysis
• Liaise with all parties involved in solution definition and delivery e.g. Technical Product Manager (TPM) and development / test teams
• Provide assistance as required to the project / programme / change manager with conducting the vendor selection process
• Ensure production of a test pack, strategy and approach including the test data and a test plan
• Define the conversion/migration approach and co-ordinate the documentation around change procedures
• Define and co-ordinate new static data arrangements
• Provide post-live support and assist with hand over to BAU support
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Dodd Frank experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Prime Brokerage processes
• Solid knowledge on Interest rate Swaps and other derivative products
• Strong communications skills, self motivated, detail orientation.
