Project Manager (Finance, Banking, Re-Platforming) recruitment
The Project Manager (Finance, Banking, Re-Platforming) will be working with complex requirements and senior stakeholders (up to CXO level) both on the technical and business side in order to deliver successfully. These are business critical projects and will affect the outlook of the entire bank; the successful Project Manager (Finance, Banking, Re-Platforming) will be able to work under high pressure within strict time-frames.
- The Project Manager (Finance, Banking, Re-Platforming) will have:
- Experience leading core implementations within the financial sector
- Experience of multiple implementations within a bank
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders on a global scale
- Familiarity / knowledge within the key processes in commercial / corporate banking and the ability to discuss these with senior stakeholders
- Management experience of internal / 3rd party technology suppliers
Advantageous skills include:
- Project management qualification (PMI, Prince 2 etc.)
- Process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma etc.)
- Data analysis / presentation software tools
