Project Manager (Finance Systems Implementation) recruitment
Our client, a city based recruitment organisation are currently looking for an immediately available Project Manager to assist with the integration of 2 Payroll (online timesheet) systems as well as their new finance system. You will be working autonomously and reporting into the Group Financial Controller, main duties will include:
- Overseeing the full integration of Lumesse (timesheet system) with their current system, Talisman
- Assisting the senior members of the finance division with the implementation of their new software, Access Dimension
- Project Managing the implementation as well as maintaining financial accuracy
The successful candidate MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Strong IT and Project Management experience, ideally with system implementation / integration
- A Finance and Accountancy background however qualifications are not essential
- Previous outsourcing experience is desirable
- Recruitment background would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills as well as have the ability to work on their own and take the initiative
This is the first of several projects that my client is undertaking therefore this particular role could be extended or even made permanent.
