Project Manager – Flexible Benefits
As a Project Manager you will be expected to deliver multiple projects from start to finish through the lifecycle to agreed time, quality and cost, ensuring the project is defined, planned and delivered to the agreed goals and objectives. You will also be expected to establish relationships across the organisation, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver successful projects. Undertaking project administration which will include the set-up maintenance of files, control procedures and meeting administration will also be your responsibility. You will also be required to identify customer satisfaction gaps through regular and appropriate communication methods and resolve accordingly as well as contribute to and encourage ideas, build on suggestions of others to improve processes and procedures. This is a client facing role and you will be required to attend internal and external meetings ensuring delivery of all projects and maintenance of high customer satisfaction levels are met, therefore some level of travel will be necessary.
Prince2 is desirable however not essential however suitable applicants must come from a Flexible Benefits systems analyst background or Senior flexible benefits administration background, be logical and have a very hands on worth ethic. It is also imperative that applicants are technically competent in the use of systems and data manipulation with a minimum intermediate level excel experience i.e. vlookup and formulas. A competitive salary Circa £37,000 is on offer and this organisation offer an excellent benefits package.
