Project Manager – FO Change, Cross-asset recruitment
Our client is recognised as a global leader in the investment banking sector and is responsible for the origination, sale, structuring and trading of fixed income, equity, commodity, FX, derivative and MM products. The company has an immediate requirement for a VP to join their Business Delivery Group (BDG), a project-based team responsible for delivering complex change across all business lines.
The team, currently c50 strong, is comprised of experienced project and programme managers and is split between London, New York and Hong Kong. The new VP will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of change projects to the front office COO’s and business managers of various desks. Working across asset classes and control functions the VP will help develop end-to-end strategies to deliver desired business outcomes.
The successful applicant is likely to have worked either as a management consultant or within a similar business projects team for a leading investment bank. Applicants should be able to demonstrate:-
• a successful track record of non-IT project management within the investment banking industry.
• a comprehensive understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle and associated processes
• the ability to define, scope and manage change initiatives for a diverse range of stakeholders .
