Johnson Johnson Vision Care, a member of Johnson Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Project Manager, FOD Contact Lens, to be located in either Jacksonville, FL, or Limerick, Ireland.

Reporting to the Director, FOD Contact Lens, the Project Manager will: organize and manage special projects as directed by senior management; manage the development, rollout, and establishment of assigned projects; coordinate project activities and be accountable for overall project success; develop business plans, project plans, timelines, and resource requirements; facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals; interface with all necessary organizations (Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Research Development, Make, Finance Information Services, Distribution, Production Planning, Suppliers, Office of Project Management, etc.) to provide for necessary business plans, design, support, and buy-in; perform other duties as assigned by management; adhere to environmental policy and procedures and support department environmental objectives.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a Technical field or the equivalent related professional experience is required; a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience is required; proven success in developing and launching products and/or processes is required; a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of budgeting, finance, and resource planning is required; extensive knowledge of Design Control and GMP Requirements in Medical Devices is required; familiarity with statistical analysis and designing experiments is preferred; a global understanding of the Vistakon business is preferred; strong computer skills including network and PC are required as well as the ability to negotiate and influence others within a matrix organization is required.
This position may be located in either Jacksonville, Florida or Limerick, Ireland and may require up to 25% international and domestic travel.
