Project Manager – FX Platform Upgrade recruitment
THE OVERVIEW
An FX Margin/Netting engine will allow the business to offer competitive propositions to net all FX on a portfolio basis to optimise client collateral. Furthermore an STP capability will enable Private Bankers and dealers to see, process and understand client’s position real time post transaction.
THE EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable track record of leading business and change management, working on a variety of relevant projects with successful delivery; stakeholder management and strong governance controls; sound judgement; ;ability to rapidly resolve issue; disciplined and experienced in budget management preferably in a large multinational corporation.
- Strong working knowledge of exotic FX products and propositions as well as experience delivering Order Management Systems / execution platforms are essential
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical outcomes, linkages and messages.
- Strong command of project and programme management techniques – including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques are essential.
- Financial services, wealth management experience with an understanding of complex operating models.
- The role holder will have delivered and led challenging programmes with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
