Prepare to be inspired. Responsible to manage multiple system implementations related to work automation in claims administration. Manages influences small to mid-sized projects w/ diverse scope. May contribute to large, complex projects w/ Regional or multi-Regional scope. Works within budget, scope resources to deliver functional systems using best practices for change management at each stage of the software lifecycle Essential Functions: - Accountable for timelines deliverables for multiple work streams essential to claims administration systems - Directs project team, assigning work, resolving problems, removing barriers tracking milestones to plan - Prepares project plans/budgets for assigned work streams considering work scope, resources delivery schedules - Prepares executive presentations, project status reports, dashboards issue reviews - Prepares executes risk mitigation plans - Prepares root cause analysis of errors prepares/implements plans to mitigate errors - Meets w/ system stakeholders who will realize upstream downstream impacts to understand their needs, resolve problems build critical linkages among systems. Stakeholders may include benefits system, common membership medical providers (BETS, CM, CPMG). - Works to ensure positive, productive working relationships w/ all stakeholders - Understands directs project team to implement or configure systems consistent w/ existing platform technical infrastructure - Uses effective change management to ensure each phase of the project transitions to testing production w/ minimal issues - Finds opportunities to implement process change improvements at each phase of the project lifecycle - Facilitates business process design to optimize system implementations - Manages relationship w/ software vendor(s) as needed - Other related duties as assigned - In addition to defined technical requirements, accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors principles defined by the KP Service Quality Credo, the KP Mission as well as specific departmental/organizational initiatives - Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities behaviors necessary to provide superior culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members to purchasers, contracted providers vendors Requirements
