Project Manager – IAM recruitment
Our client, a leading global logistics and transportation organisation are seeking an outstanding Project Manager to join them through an exciting phase of change.
The position is responsible for conceptualising, leading and managing the enterprise-wide Identity Access Management Project. The project will establish a business role framework for structuring and implementing business role based access requirements as well as the associated provisioning processes for inducting users to business systems.
The project will establish the IAM system inclusive of software and infrastructure platform to support the authentication and access control services as well as the IAM framework and provisioning process. The expected project budget is US$3 million.
Key Accountabilities;
- The TO-BE business processes are well developed, with due consideration given to global, standardised business processes, supplemented by country and regional business processes.
- The business requirements are developed to ensure a customised Commercial-Of-The-Shelf (COTS) software product would meet most of the requirements.
- The system requirements are well developed and well written, to ensure a good fit with a customised Commercial-Of-The-Shelf (COTS) software product.
- The Request-for-Proposal (RFP) process for the project is well planned, and executed according to plan.
- The intermediate deliverables are delivered on time and on budget, and meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
- The project is delivered on time and on budget, and the final IT solution meets the desired business outcome and objectives.
- Work with Business Project Sponsors and Group IT to proactively anticipate and resolve all process, project and integration issues.
- The Business Project Sponsor and Business Project Manager are engaged, involved and satisfied with the competencies and professionalism of the IT project team.
- The IT project team members are appropriately supervised, coached and developed.
- Work and interfaces with other teams within Group IT are well coordinated and aligned to meet the over-arching goals of Group IT.
- Manage the System Integrator or other service providers for timely project deliverables to meet the desired outcome
Candidate Requirements;
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Min. 10 Years of working experience in IT Industry
- Possess a recognised formal Project Qualification
- Project Management Experience, from project initiation, through project development and implementation, to project closure
- Relevant experience in systems design, development and implementation is preferred
- Relevant experience in working with IT team, business team, external customers, and IT solution providers to successfully deliver an IT Project
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience and/ or skill sets in management/ implementation of identity management systems on one or more top-tier identity management platforms such as Oracle Identity / Access Management suites, CA Siteminder, IBM Tivoli etc
