Responsibilities
Provide support and project administration for all functions serving the Executive PMO (EPMO) Corporate Services. The EPMO will serve as the central point of control and oversight for the Corporate Services portfolio of projects, initiatives, executive reporting and governance committees. The EPMO applies project management principles to all services supported by the EMPO. The EPMO develops and maintains meaningful metrics to measure the state of the portfolio.
Working directly for the EPMO Senior Project Manager whose direction comes fromthe Head of Corporate Services Shared Services, major sponsors including Head of Security, Head of Procurement and Head of Property.
The Project Managerwill oversee the completion of project tasks and monitor adherence to project management disciplines.
Day to Day Activities include:
- Provide assistance to EPMO Project Leader for governance support assistance to key and critical committees within Corporate Services.
- Understand and maintain the Calendar of Events and Quality Process for all reporting
- Maintain Corporate Services Initiatives Reporting
- Analyze current state and participate in the redesign/re-engineer of EPMO processes.
- Actively follow up on open items and track issues.
- Assist in documenting and creating reports, presentations, new templates, etc. using a variety of office tools.
- Provide overall general support to EPMO activities
Qualifications
- Possess strong knowledge of project management disciplines
- Strong organizational skills and have keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
