Project Manager, Implementation, HR, L&D, Retail Banking

Project Manager required to work with stakeholders across Leadership Learning to provide guidance and direction on implementing programmes and initiatives developed on a global scale within a leading bank. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and implementation as well as providing timely management information and analysis for specific programmes within the global curriculum, leadership curriculum and executive development curriculum. You will be managing the implementation to plan for programmes under ownership as well as prioritising and manage multiple initiatives and ensure the appropriate level of resourcing is in place from a Leadership Learning and HR Services perspective.

Essential:

- Proven track record of working in HR / LD roles in large, complex organisations
- Leadership in the design and deployment of complex projects
- Delivery of projects using project/ programme management tools and methods
- Develop stakeholder maps and plans for programme implementation that covers all geographies and business clusters in scope
- Own the project plan for programme implementation globally and produce regular updates
- Work with the cluster Learning Solutions managers, Organisational Insight team and other Implementation Managers to build and produce consistent and meaningful management information and reporting for programmes
