Project Manager – Information Risk Technology recruitment
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to be part of a Macquarie-wide programme on Identity Access Management (IAM). The objective of the IAM programme is to improve the management of application User Access across Macquarie. The programme is comprised of a number project streams that span activities across iRisk, business units and technology groups. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of at least one project stream within the programme.
The Market Operations Technology (MOT) is responsible for:
- Managing Macquarie's technology infrastructure
- Supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing business systems
- Delivering and deploying new systems, technologies and services
The Group provides each major business in Macquarie with a dedicated team that works closely with that business to understand its particular technology needs. The MOT EDD RMG Account team provides technology support for Macquarie's Risk Management Group (RMG) and the iRisk group, which is responsible for managing IT related risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of project and resource plans
- Work closely with programme/project management
- Work closely with account teams and business units
- Management of budget, scope, schedule, quality, resources
- Management of project risks and issues
- Management of deliverables and outcomes
- Liaise between project team and subject matter experts
- Liaise with product vendors
Experience Skills Required:
- Experience in managing projects that are part of a large programme
- Experience managing projects encompassing the full project lifecycle and software lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to consolidate information from various sources, provide a recommendation and facilitate decision making
- Tertiary qualification
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Excellent documentation skills
The following Experience Skills would be an advantage:
- Exposure to Macquarie's Information Risk Policies and/or Systems
- Exposure to Capacity Planning
- Experience in Vendor Management
- Experience in a Technical Upgrade project
