Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, PMO for the ICC Executive department. Reporting to the Director, PMO, Infrastructure Competency Center, this Dedicated Project Resource (DPR) will be the Project Manager responsible for managing various projects in the Network/Telecom and Technical Support areas. The Project Manager will work across different towers within the ICC, different application services groups, and with service providers, ensuring proper integration between teams for on schedule and on budget delivery of projects. Projects will need to be managed within the established SDLC and PM methodology and guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Discovery Phase

Manage the requirements gathering from clients, internal WB ICC teams, and application teams, developing ideas and delivering solutions. Work closely with service providers to assess and expand project requirements and identify scope during the discovery phase of projects. Develop and produce a meaningful charter which provides enough information for the project team to begin the planning phase of the project. Assist in financial planning cycle including information and requirements gathering as inputs to budgeting and forecasting of projects.

Project Operations Management

Develop, maintain, and manage the project plans including the definition, scheduling, assignment and statusing of tasks and deliverables, leveling of resources, and budget alignment. Proactively monitor project deliverables and coordinate with other project groups and stakeholders (e.g. Application Services groups, ICC L2 orgs, etc.) in support of project, risk, change request and deliverable/document management. Actively manage the project budget, including tracking of expenses and re-forecasting on a monthly basis.

Project Reporting

Support the analysis, development and maintenance of project metrics, scorecards, dashboards, issue tracking and status reports, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are completed and distributed appropriately. Develop and produce specific reports for reviewing project actuals and tracking to project budget. Analyze this data in relation to managing the project pool hours. Produce meaningful deliverables and reports which can be presented to Sr. Management with minimal review and supervision.
