Project Manager – Insurance recruitment
Skills Required:
- 6-9 years of Project Management Experience.
- Insurance Industry experience
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results:
- Leads medium and large-sized (in the context of Programs) , time-limited project and direct one or more teams of business consultants involved in the evaluation of systems requirements and/or the development of new procedures/processes or policy solutions to address highly complex business needs. May also assess impact and implications from a cost, efficiency, contractual, legal and/or regulatory standpoint.
- Adopt Project Management practice in ROIT (Project Management Professional based) and in-country projects to bring up quality of the project management skills and processes.
- Managed critical and tangible critical successful factors in projects including resources planning, deployment of specific methodologies in support of successful delivery of projects
- Determines requirements, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress.
- Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the team’s effectiveness.
- Compiles and analyses results of services for identifications of improvement opportunities.
- Develops, produces, gathers and improves executive and line of business scorecards.
- Provides measurement and cost savings support (development, reporting, validation and improvement) for service management.
- May coordinate with other project managers; may have responsibility for people management or may be an individual contributor working on significant processes utilizing independent judgment and discretion within a large business organization or across various functional areas.
- Conduct project post-implementation review which include the realization of benefits set off in project business case, documenting and elaborating on project lessons learned and hand over of project deliverables to production teams.
- Defines and consults on measurements strategies, tools, scorecards and surveys.
- Actions have significant impact on key department objectives.
