The client’s core systems have recently been re-architected and so they are seeking an Agile Project Manager to manage and support the increased need for implementing additional functionalities onto their systems.
Essential:
- Agile Project Manager – financial services experience is NOT mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives and planning sessions
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
In this high profile role, you will be managing projects across our whole portfolio, many of which will be Greenfield projects, delivering new and exciting functionality to the platform. They work in an Agile environment which includes working in iterations, daily stand-ups and using velocity to determine what can be achieved and so you will need to have a proven track record with successfully managing ‘fully’ agile projects from inception through to delivery. In addition, you will be working as a key facilitator across concurrent projects aiding both business and technical members of the team. You will be running daily stand-ups, retrospectives and planning sessions, and will need to have a strong ability in motivating all team members and resolving conflicts to enable project teams to succeed.
