We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be the key to our growth and success in the future.DescriptionProject Manager * Project Manager will be part of the e-Commerce team, coordinates IT e-Commerce technologies, teams and vendors. * With an understanding of business requirements and current business systems, provides support to the user community by addressing web platform and web component sub-system concerns and by monitoring and reporting on system activities. * Analyzes online retail business processes and/or supporting systems to identify issues, opportunities and needs. Ensures the gathered information is able to support the technical analysis and design. Prepares the Functional Requirements and External System Design documents. Coordinates the participation of representatives from appropriate divisions. * Prepares User Acceptance Test. Coordinates appropriate user, designer and developer participation in test development and execution. Assures that the integrity of the output meets or exceeds business and Sarbanes Oxley expectations. Collaborates with Learning Development on best training approach. * Participates in establishing production support priorities for e-Commerce Platform configuration and Application Development. Develops and proposes appropriate alternative recommendations to the users. * Provides a focal point within systems for communications to and from the user community about issues, projects and business planning and coordinates conversions, implementations and documentation activities with relevant participants. Provides post-implementation support. * Gathers business requirements and then translates business needs into functional specifications used by Application Development for technical approach/design. * Prepares project-initialization documents and functional specifications. Ensures that the development team has a thorough understanding of the functional specifications and provides additional information to the Development Team as needed. * Creates detailed use cases and test plans and manages the execution of User Acceptance Testing. Plan and support all project pilots and rollout tasks. * Responsible for project is on track, assigns action items, and follows up on open items to resolve issues. * Other projects as assigned.Requirements * Eight to Ten years of experience including demonstrated ability in at least one of the following areas: Systems Analysis or Systems Project Management. * 5+ years of project management experience. * Experience in e-Commerce application implementation. * Experience with web and browser-based applications and technologies. * Strong technical knowledge is a must. * Project Management experience in e-Commerce applications is required. * The ability to successfully interact at all levels within the organization. * Demonstrated experience in defining business and functional requirements and preparing test plans. * A thorough understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle and knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must and the proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization. * Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external business partners. * Excellent organizational skills and project management tools and techniques required. * Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make sure project plan is thorough and all tasks identified and accomplished. * Strong analytical skills, facilitation skills and problem solving skills a must. * Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible to adapt to needs of business. * Team player with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs. * Experience with MS Office suite and Visio. * PMP certification is a plus. * Prior experience with Agile, Scrum, Prince2 a plus. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
