Project Manager (ITIL & Trasformation) Job in Uxbridge Ub11 1Fe, London Uk
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing one or more projects as part of a programme to improve operational efficiency across service management functions. He or she will need to work closely with other project managers, subject matter experts, client stakeholders and delivery teams to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within scope and to agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
You must have experience in managing culture transformation projects as well as working knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
Responsibilities:
- Leading two or more project teams, to deliver full lifecycle projects to agreed solutions, ensuring adherence to the client project management methodology.
- Planning and monitoring projects, creating project stage documentation, project plans and reporting regularly on delivery.
- Detailed risk, issue and dependency monitoring, impact analysis and scenario planning.
- Implementing disciplined change control practices and procedures, coordinating impact analysis activities where appropriate.
- Managing project resources and budgets.
- Developing and managing effective stakeholder relationships and project communications.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Qualified Prince 2 Practitioner or PMI-PMP.
- 5 years or more experience of delivering IT projects for large corporate organisations.
- Strong planning, organisation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations, at all levels of an organisation.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Successful delivery of IT service management projects for large corporate organisations.
- ITIL Service Manager Qualification.
