As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing one or more projects as part of a programme to improve operational efficiency across service management functions. He or she will need to work closely with other project managers, subject matter experts, client stakeholders and delivery teams to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within scope and to agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

 

You must have experience in managing culture transformation projects as well as working knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
