PROJECT MANAGER ALTUS AFB, OK Alutiiq Diversified Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for Potential Janitorial contract for Altus AFB, OK. Job Summary Ability to estimate staffing and supply requirements from square footage and work descriptions Evaluate and write policy and procedures for contractperformance Direct daily custodial operations and direct staff Determine and assign staff across muliple location and establish work schedules Evaluate work requirements and adjust temporary and permanent staffing and supply requirements Establish and conduct Quality Control Program Enforce safety program and use of PPE and MSDS Requirements: Custodial experience at Altus AFB Able to pass background check and have and maintain valid driver?s license Must be able to speak and read English High School Diploma Pursuant to PL 93-638, as amended, preference will be given to qualified Afognak Native Corporation Shareholders, Alaska Natives and American Indians in all phases of employment.
