The position drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the ASP operations objectives, critical success factors and growth oriented deliverables. Additionally, the Project Leader motivates the team and drives a sense of urgency on meeting operations commitments such as performance and service quality leading to customers success Essential Responsibilities 1. Essential duties include (but are not limited to): Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of ASP service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority 2. Owns all project risk; including time, budget, and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk 3. Creating detailed business cases for strategic growth initiatives and project plan. 4. Driving effective communication across businesses and functions 5. Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept 6. Working with customers to support solicit product feedback and leading cross-functional teams to drive customer support and improve customers experience with ASP solutions. 7. Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management 8. Team with functional leaders to identify and apply the necessary resources across to achieve objectives. 9. Maintain, Plan and coordinate updates upgrades for ASP Solutions. 10. Maintaining data center infrastructure and related the procedural operations specific documents 11. Creating processes and tools necessary to simplify and improve the operation excellence 12. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving 13. Resolving complex technical problems independently without supervision, coordinating activities between cross functional teams and customers 14. Ability to work under pressure for a highly dynamic 24X7 operations 15. Maintain RD Software Hardware infrastructure lab. 16. Assist in the evaluation of the team against metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively Qualifications/Requirements: " Prior experience in Healthcare IT; Imaging, DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) " Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a large Global environment or Data Center. " Experience with executing Order Fulfillment process for customers. " Excellent Communication Customer skills, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Listening, Time Management and Interpersonal skills " Able to manage multiple competing priorities. " Must exhibit a strong focus, goal oriented mentality. " Must be able to provide rotational, On call 24-7 support . " Prior experience managing compliance and audit responsibilities per client regulations. (FDA, SOX, etc..). " Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Management or Computer Sciences. " 5 years of experience primarily with Engineering, service support and or Project/Product management " Experience in creating detailed business cases Project Plans. " Experience with Windows Linux platform, SQL Server 2008, Sybase, Microsoft. net, XML, ASP.Net IIS 6.0 Tomcat 6.0, Microsoft Web technologies and Apache. " Experience with High Availability and N+1 infrastructure. " Strong understanding background with Microsoft, SQL 2K8, Sybase, and database replication MS Clustering. " Excellent Communication Customer skills, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Listening, Time Management and Interpersonal skills. " Barrington, IL. is preferred location but will consider remote work locations as well. " Minimal National travel may be involved with this position. Desired Characteristics " Prior employment in Healthcare IT engineering, service support or project or product management directly working with customers program teams. " Strong background in networks excellent knowledge of VLAN, WAN and other network devices as Firewall, Load balancers, WAN Routers etc. " Working knowledge with HP Server and Blade infrastructure in hosted environment. " Experience working with SAN Switchs and enterprise storage Infrastructure such as NAS, Content based storage and DAS.
