Summary: This position will be responsible for managing various projects within and related to the Customer Service department and encompassing the "Quote to Cash" systems and processes. The primary goal will be to design, organize and communicate actions and activities, thru the lifecycle of the project. This person will represent Customer Service, but also be responsible for identifying the "best fit" solution for the organization as a whole. Deliverables include : (1) developing plans and schedules, (2) estimating resource requirements, (3) defining milestones and deliverables, (4) monitoring activities, and (5) evaluating and reporting on accomplishments to senior /corporate leaders. Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in a fast-paced organization (technology or similar preferred). Supervisory/management level position(s). Demonstrated success with establishing and maintaining work teams. Project management experience. Background working in a "Quote to Cash" manufacturing environment Exposure to Oracle and or SAP and related system tools desirable Skills: Solid critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to details. Very strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities, maintain a heavy workload and remain organized. Ability to affect change and lead others to positive outcome. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work cooperatively with, and manage diverse teams. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Ability to travel internationally for periods of 2- 3 weeks without returning home. Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite, Project Management software, Oracle and other applications in order administration. High energy level and high degree of self-motivation. Ability to work calmly, maintain a professional demeanor and produce results under pressure. Self-starter and able to work independently Sound judgement across process teams in selecting the correct process, methods, tools and evaluation techniques that achieve positive/desired results Licensures, Certifications: PMP coursework or equivalent experience requested. PMP certification not required but a plus. Essential Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following : - Ensure smooth, timely implementation of all new programsprojects, processes, software applications and software upgrade - Lead efforts and/or execute creation of process documentation, project documentation, training documentation and internal communication. - Create standards and methods for reporting on status and open issues. Produce project documents, regular reports and frequent updates/feedback to department members. - Work directly with team members in SafeNet's regional offices to acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of all current Customer Service processes and department structures. - Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibility: Direct supervision - none. Team leadership skill and experience required . Scope of Responsibility: - Act as Project Manager on a wide variety of simultaneous projects. - Ensure all requirements are recognized and accurately documented, affected departments/procedures are identified and included in plans/timelines. - Identify and escalate issues. Lead cross functional teams in negotiation and resolution of all issues raised - Create process documentation, project documentation, training documentation and internal communication. - Produce project plans, timelines, business process flows, status reports and departmental communication updates. - Ensure successful closure to identified projects including follow-up on implementation issues SafeNet continually strives to offer employees a strong benefit package with access to some of the best plan options available.
