Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Responsibilities will include managing strategic deliverables (Operating plans, QBR, Deep Dives, Special projects); Project Management in areas of regulatory and compliance, audit, licensing, reporting (leading indicators, business ops, early warning reports, high dollar claims, sales, and sales compensation. Attendance at monthly leadership meetings, quarterly employee meetings, and others as assigned or requested. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, data mining, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. Uses influence to engage people in the achievement of goals. Uses financial analysis to evaluate strategic options and opportunities. Translates organizational strategies into clear objectives and business actions. Prepares financial reports and performs financial analysis. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
