iCrossing is looking for a Project Manager for their Chicago office.
The Project Manager leads interactive marketing and Web development projects, oversees creative and technical teams, interacts with business managers and is responsible for producing projects on time and on budget. The Project Manager supports accounts covering all service lines. For this particular opening, the PM will be working with Paid Search, SEO, Display and Social media teams. Experience with any of those service lines will be a true plus.

- Lead medium-sized projects or support senior Project Management team members on large projects and client engagements
- Define project scope, timelines and budgets in close collaboration with project teams; track and report on progress against schedules and budgets and ensure team adheres to project scope
- Collaborate with internal team to develop and maintain project documents including timelines, internal processes, and deliverables for each client's program
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure that deliverables are understood and that deadlines are met on time and with consistency and accuracy
- Act as an internal communication lead by scheduling and leading meetings and preparing internal and external agendas and meeting notes
- Plan for and control quality by reviewing items before delivery to client; monitoring and enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents; working with internal teams on needed revisions/modifications/enhancements, and involving the Quality Assurance team at key project junctures
- Create internal and external status reports to be delivered to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project team is continually updated, and management as appropriate, on client's programs, including successes, issues, concerns or feedback
- Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
- Participate in and complete continual training and professional development as detailed within department
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 or more years of relevant experience managing projects
- 2-3 of those years in the digital space managing web development, search, display and/ or social digital engagements, optimially in an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques
- Understanding of technical and creative design and development principles
- Experience managing resources, budgets and project timing
- Experience analyzing complex data reports
- Proficient in MS Project and the entire MS Office Suite
- CAPM-certified or demonstrated equivalent experience
