Project Manager Job in City Of London, London UK
Deltra are pleased to be representing one of our key clients as they undertake a Payroll Programme for their businesses globally.
Our client is seeking to bring very experienced project managers into the organisation as they embark on the challenge to migrate a number of disparate payroll systems onto a single ADP platform. The successful candidates will need to work in APAC and EMEA as they have a large number of employees spread across the world who will need to be migrated onto the new platform.
The successful candidate will need to:
- A demonstrable project management background
- Experience of working on a payroll specific implementation programme
- A proven background of delivering projects across different regions
- Proven ability to help shape the programme and ensure the structure of the project team is in place and ready to deliver the new solution.
- Ensure that our client is able to transition onto a new single way of working and will be responsible for helping to ensure that all of the territories involved are fully up to speed with the new changes
Culturally our client is aware that this programme will require someone capable of working with difficult stakeholders as this programme is sensitive in nature and affects a large number of stakeholders and represents a new way of working. This is not a technical role and our client is very focused on only seeing candidates with a strong 'business project management' background.
