Job Description
Responsible for handling successful project execution of Rosemount Projects starting with post-order kick-off meeting until final payment collection.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Co-Ordination between RPC Project Support team and LBP’s/Sales Teams
• Ensuring Rosemount PMO process is adhered to for Tier 2 and 3 projects
• Liaising with global project leads on tier 2 and 3 project
• Kick-off meeting with Sales after receipt of order for complete handing over
• Ensuring total customer satisfaction based on sales commitments during pre-order stage
• Helping customer prepare the final purchase specification and freezing the final Bill of Material
• Change order management
• Handling budget related issues of the projects.
• Handling the entire commercial aspects of the project related with the customers.
• Handling several buyouts by ensuring proper MR preparation. Working with procurement project team so as to ensure timely deliveries at the budgeted price.
• Loading the Customer Support Group / Factory with the Bill of Material for ordering.
• Ensuring that all proper documentation as per customer requirements is done.
• Ensuring that credit control collects all the payments as per the schedule agreed
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager
Job Requirements
Education and Qualifications
Essential
• Engineering Graduate
• Instrumentation Engineering background
Experience
Essential
• 5 – 10 years of experience minimum
• Project Management skill (PMP Standard)
Desirable
• Years Experience/ Industry Experience/ Technical Experience/ Product Experience
Languages
• Fluent in English
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
