An award winning regional municipality based in Victoria’s North has seen a dramatic increase in their Capital Works budget and consequently they require an experienced Client Side Project Manager to complete multiple built form projects.
As an experienced Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple built form capital work projects up to the value of $10M from conception to completion. This will include but will not be limited to, tendering, contract management, scheduling and budget administration, providing advice to project teams as well as liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrated client side project management experience and excellent communication skills. A tertiary qualification in architecture, engineering, or project management will also be highly regarded. Understanding of the Local or State Government will be highly regarded. As this is a regional role relocation assistance will be provided and initial temporary accommodation provided.
