An excellent temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a leading financial services firm based in Glasgow city centre.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
*Successfully deliver complex projects, programmes and work streams for operations
*Define operating models, business requirements, organisational designs and solutions
*Provide overall direction for the project team, co-ordinate/control workloads and report/collate on all aspects of the project
*Responsible for forecasting, costs, resource requirements and timescales
*Full stakeholder management
The ideal Project Manager will possess the following skills:
*Previous demonstrable experience of business change, project management and stakeholder management with the Financial Services sector
*Proven people management skills including selection and development of teams to meet project objectives
*An clear understanding of a complex operations environment with a strong command of project/programme management techniques
*Qualified with appropriate Change methodology eg Prince ll, MSP or equivalent
