Functie
The Project Manager works within the department ID documents Project Management (IDPM). IDPM is the project lead for all customer projects within Morpho E-documents for the delivery of ID documents and associated systems to be able to personalize the documents. The documents are mainly passports, ID-cards, driver's license and insurance cards. Most of these documents contain chips. The systems are both the ICT systems driving the personalization process as well as the required administrative and logistical support, and also the technology/machines executing the personalization process.
As Project Manager you manage the projects and you are responsible for achieving the project objectives, timely and within budget.
Set up realistic project plans Direct and coordinate the work within the project, in which colleagues from various disciplines (incl. ICTRD, manufacturing, purchasing, design) participate, in order to manage the project successfully. In this role you are the representative of the company to new and excisting clients.

Functie eisen
- A technical and/or business administration education at a master level
- 5-7 years Project management experience, preferable with governmental clients
- Experience with IT infrastructures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English fluently and preferably another Western European language (e.g. Dutch, Spanish, French)
- Ability to work with a great variety of colleagues and departments in an international setting
- A result driven person with analytical skills, reluctant to stress and striving towards problem solving
- Willingness to travel frequently and to stay abroad on a regular basis as projects are world wide
