Project Manager Job in Miami 33010, Florida US
- 6+ years of relevant project management experience with a track record of managing product development, technology and operation improvement projects
- Proven knowledge in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Ability to clearly define, articulate and document scope of work, process, specifications, goals and deliverables
- Ability to clearly manage and implement project plans through lifecycles and conduct project meetings
- Proven track record in analyzing business requirements and drafting business plans
- Experience working with senior business leaders and technology leaders; experience interacting with customers and external intermediaries is a plus
- Provide executive-level reporting and make presentations to management on project updates, project cycle and expected results
- Manage day-to-day aspects of projects and responsible for preparation of “go live” readiness assessment
- Ability to assess business opportunities, conduct analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments
- Strong team oriented interpersonal skills, prior team leader experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus for business results and manage expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Spanish a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude
- Health or life insurance background a plus
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, MS Vision and MS Project
- Experience in a consulting environment a plus
- MBA preferred
