Rust Consulting, the nation's largest class action lawsuit claims administrator provider is seeking motivated and experienced Project Managers for both our Consumer and Securities practice areas in our Palm Beach Gardens office.

The various Project Managers will manage multiple projects of varying sizes, manage staff and productivity for several projects, and has have ongoing communication with clients regarding project updates.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
· Develop and implement procedures and processes for call center, IVR, forms processing and website.
· Communicate to clients regarding project updates, statistics, reports and day-to-day contact.
· Collaborate with Data and IT departments and operations on database structure, website and phone set up.
· Provide high-quality assurance review or audit of validation and distribution processes.
· Coach, train and mentor project team members as needed.
· Accurately and effectively prepare bill as assigned by the Senior Project Administrator.
· Respond promptly to internal team and client needs.
· Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
· Track and monitor productivity and recommend enhancements for processes.
· Understand the breadth of services Rust has to offer and offer them to clients based upon project needs.
· Track and manage project hours and client budget.
· Perform high-level claim validation and quality assurance.
· Identify project team training and tool needs.

Qualified candidates will have the following job qualifications/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or previous project management decision-making experience.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate others and keep them on task.
- Ability to supervise and train staff if needed.
- Strong client focus and dedication to excellence.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- 5 + years experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred.
- Previous work with or knowledge of securities a plus and preferred for the Securities Project Managers.
- PMP or CAPM certification a plus.
